  • Complete strip-down of the old BS3 Classic

  • All body panels restored and repainted in premium Medallion Bronze finish using factory-grade paint in our booth

  • Tank, tool box, and side covers reused — no fiber replacement, only precision repaint

  • New switchgear and electricals installed as per Reborn model

  • Genuine Royal Enfield Reborn seat installed with custom-fabricated mounting brackets

  • New headlight, shock absorbers, wiring, levers, and indicators — upgraded to latest spec

  • Every nut, bolt, and fastener restored or replaced with OEM or better
