Thank you for shopping with Under The Hood. We aim to deliver your automotive spares and accessories to your doorstep quickly, securely, and with full transparency.

📦 Order Processing Time

  • Orders placed before 6:00 PM: Processed the next business day.

  • Orders placed after 6:00 PM: Processed on the second business day after the order.

  • Orders are not processed on Sundays or public holidays.

🚚 Shipping Charges (Weight-Based)

Shipping charges are calculated based on weight and delivery location during checkout:

0 – 500g ₹109
500g – 1kg ₹159
1kg – 2kg ₹250-350
2kg – 5kg Based on actual courier rates
Above 5kg Based on actual courier rates

Note: COD orders may include an additional ₹50 fee.

⏱️ Estimated Delivery Timelines

  • Metro Cities: 3–5 business days

  • Other Cities: 3–7 business days

  • Remote Areas: 5–10 business days

These timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or festivals.

📍Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via SMS/email. You can track live updates from the courier partner.

🛑 Undelivered or Returned Orders

If a parcel is returned due to an incorrect address, refusal, or unavailability, re-shipping charges will apply.
We will contact you before re-dispatch. Orders not claimed within 5 days of return may be cancelled.
