Royal Enfield part KAH00019 / KAH00019A is the genuine front fork oil seal used in the Hunter 350 (J-Series, 2022-on) front suspension. In Royal Enfield’s fork exploded view, this seal sits between the fork tube and outer slider, keeping fork oil in and dirt out, and is listed simply as “FORK OIL SEAL” with normal quantity 2 per bike (one per leg).
If your Hunter’s forks are leaking oil, leaving a wet ring on the chrome pipe, feeling spongy, or bottoming out easily, worn oil seals are usually the culprit. Replacing them with genuine KAH00019 restores correct sealing, damping and front-end feel.
Unlike cheap local seals, the OEM seal uses the correct lip design, rubber compound and spring tension that Royal Enfield engineered for the Hunter’s fork diameter and stroke. That means better leak resistance, less stiction and longer life, especially on bad roads, potholes and under hard braking.
This is the exact same seal Hunter 350 leaves the factory with – perfect for fork overhauls, crash repairs or preventive suspension service at 20–30,000 km. Pair it with fresh fork oil of the correct grade and quantity for the best result.
🔧 Each Hunter 350 uses 2 seals (one per fork leg). Order 2 pcs for a full fork service.
