You must have the Passenger Backrest Mounts (KXA00643) to install this pad. KXA00647 is the pad only—the mounts provide the arms/structure it bolts onto. 

2) I have a Classic 350—will this fit for sure?
Royal Enfield lists this pad as compatible with Classic 350, but Classic 350 has multiple accessory generations/systems.
