Give your KTM 125 the drivetrain it deserves with the Rolon BSOR 295 Chain & Sprocket Kit, a direct-fit upgrade for KTM Duke 125 and RC 125. Designed around a 520 sealed (O-ring) chain with 112 links and a 14T front / 45T rear sprocket combo, this kit restores crisp acceleration, smoother power delivery and consistent chain tension for city runs and long rides alike.

Unlike cheap local kits that stretch early, the BSOR 295 uses carbon-steel sprockets with induction-hardened teeth and anti-rust surface treatment, built to handle Indian dust, rains and stop-go traffic without complaining. The sealed chain helps retain lubricant around the pins and bushes, cutting down noise, vibration and frequent adjustment.

This kit is Rolon OEM-spec for KTM 125 Duke – the same spec widely sold by leading performance stores and Rolon’s own catalog for this model. At Under The Hood, you also get the confidence of buying from a workshop that actually installs these kits on customer bikes – not just an online seller. We ship carefully packed, supply only 100% genuine Rolon, and can guide you on installation and maintenance or even fit it for you at our studio in Varanasi.

If your Duke/RC 125 chain has become noisy, jerky, or needs constant adjustment, BSOR 295 is the clean, long-term fix that brings back that smooth KTM punch.

Key Features

  • Model-specific kit for KTM 125 – Designed for KTM Duke 125 and RC 125 with 6-bolt rear hub.

  • 520 sealed (O-ring) chain – 112 links for better lubrication retention and longer life.

  • Sprocket combo 14T (front) / 45T (rear) – OEM-equivalent final drive for ideal balance of pickup and cruising.

  • Induction-hardened carbon-steel sprockets for high wear resistance and reliable performance.

  • Surface-treated / coated sprockets to resist rust and corrosion in all-weather Indian riding.

  • Shot-blasted finish improves fatigue strength and overall sprocket durability.

  • Smooth, quiet drive – reduced chain slap, fewer jerks, more refined low-speed behaviour compared to worn stock.

  • Direct-fit kit – no extra machining or spacers needed when used with stock wheels and 6-hole rear hub.

  • Genuine Rolon product – sourced from authorised distribution; not local or unpacked loose chain.

  • Backed by Under The Hood support – pre-purchase fitment help, torque-spec guidance and chain-care tips.

Compatibility Table

Make Model Engine / Gen Fuel / Emission Years* Notes
KTM Duke 125 124.7cc single, Indian model EFI, BS4 & BS6 2018-onwards* Direct fit with stock 6-bolt rear sprocket hub.
KTM RC 125 124.7cc single, Indian model EFI, BS6 2019-onwards* Uses same final drive as Duke 125; confirm 6-bolt hub before ordering.

*Year range is indicative based on KTM India 125 line-up. If your bike has aftermarket wheels / sprocket carrier, please verify tooth count (14/45) and 6-hole pattern before purchase.

Variants

This listing is for Rolon BSOR 295 – standard sealed steel chain kit in OEM gearing (14/45).

  • Usage focus: Ideal for daily city use, college runs and weekend highway rides where you want stock-like gearing with better durability and lower maintenance.

  • Riders wanting colour / cosmetic chains can check our HPXRO/HPOR orange or brass-look kits for other KTM models – but for 125 Duke/RC, BSOR 295 is the correct OE-style fitment.

(No gearing or colour variants are offered by Rolon for BSOR 295 at the time of listing.)

What’s in the Box

  • 1 × 520 sealed (O-ring) drive chain, 112 links – pre-cut for Duke/RC 125.

  • 1 × Front sprocket – 14 teeth

  • 1 × Rear sprocket – 45 teeth, 6-hole with sprocket flange

  • 1 × Connecting / master link (as supplied by Rolon)

  • Rolon chain-care leaflet and basic installation guidelines (where included by manufacturer).

Installation & Maintenance Notes

  • Always install with the wheel aligned and chain slack set to KTM’s recommended value (generally around 5–7 cm on Duke/RC 125 – check your owner’s manual).

  • Use a torque wrench on front-sprocket nut and rear sprocket bolts; re-check after first 100–200 km.

  • For maximum life, clean the chain every 500–700 km with a good quality chain cleaner and re-lube with chain spray after each wash or heavy rain ride.

  • Avoid petrol/diesel/harsh solvents – they can damage O-rings and shorten chain life.

  • If you are unsure about fitment, Under The Hood can coordinate with your mechanic or install the kit at our Varanasi studio.

FAQs

Q1. Will the Rolon BSOR 295 kit fit my KTM Duke 125 BS6?
Yes. BSOR 295 is specified by Rolon for KTM Duke 125 (India) and is a direct replacement for the stock chain and sprockets as long as you are using the original 6-bolt rear hub.

Q2. Is this kit also compatible with KTM RC 125?
Most Indian KTM RC 125 models share the same final drive as the Duke 125. Multiple dealers list BSOR 295 as suitable for both Duke 125 and RC 125, but we still recommend confirming your existing sprocket tooth count (14/45) and hub pattern before ordering.

Q3. How is this better than my worn stock chain kit?
A worn chain/sprocket set causes jerks, chain slap, noise and uneven tyre wear. The BSOR 295 kit restores OEM gearing with a sealed 520 chain and hardened sprockets, giving smoother acceleration, quieter running and significantly longer life when maintained properly.

Q4. Is this an original Rolon product or local duplicate?
This kit is 100% genuine Rolon, sourced from authorised distribution, matching the specifications listed on Rolon’s own catalog and leading performance websites. Packaging, part numbers and branding are verified before dispatch.

Q5. Do I need to change chain adjuster blocks or any other parts?
No extra parts are normally required if your bike is stock. However, it’s a good idea to check chain sliders, sprocket nuts/bolts and cush-drive rubbers; if excessively worn, replace them during installation for the best result.
