ROLON CSB F106 Chain Sprocket Kit for Bajaj Pulsar 180
ROLON CSB Kit F106 is a complete chain and sprocket replacement kit specified for the Bajaj Pulsar 180 CC New model introduced from March 2006 onward. It combines the correct chain length and sprocket tooth combination for this specific Pulsar 180 application.
This listing is intentionally model-specific. F106 should not be selected merely because the motorcycle is a Pulsar 180, as older Pulsar 180 and later UG4 / 2017-generation motorcycles use different chain-sprocket specifications.

Compatibility
Confirmed application: Bajaj Pulsar 180 CC New, March 2006 onward configuration that uses a 15T front sprocket, 43T rear sprocket and 124-link 428H chain.
Do not assume compatibility with every Pulsar 180. ROLON lists different kits for other generations, including older Pulsar 180 models and Pulsar 180 UG4 / 2017 models. Before ordering, compare the motorcycle's existing sprocket tooth count, chain specification and mounting pattern if the exact generation is uncertain.
Why Replace the Complete Chain-Sprocket Set?
The chain, front sprocket and rear sprocket wear together as a matched drive system. Replacing only one heavily worn component can accelerate wear of the remaining parts. A complete matched kit is the preferred service approach when the drive set has reached its replacement limit.
Common Signs Your Chain-Sprocket Kit Needs Replacement
Frequent chain adjustment is required.
Chain has tight spots, excessive slack or uneven movement.
Sprocket teeth appear hooked, pointed or visibly worn.
Excessive drivetrain noise or jerking is felt during acceleration and deceleration.
The chain has reached its service adjustment limit.
Installation & Maintenance
Professional installation is recommended.
Set chain slack and rear-wheel alignment according to the motorcycle manufacturer's specification.
Lubricate and clean the chain periodically for maximum service life.
Inspect chain tension after the initial running period following installation.
Important Fitment Note
Vehicle model names alone are not sufficient for older Pulsar generations because Bajaj used different chain pitches, link counts, sprocket sizes and mounting patterns across production updates. If your motorcycle's year or generation is uncertain, verify the existing 15T / 43T sprocket combination, 428 chain specification and four-hole rear sprocket before purchase.
