Fix jerky drive, chain noise and rapid sprocket wear on your Hero 125 with the genuine Rolon CSB F352 chain & sprocket kit. Designed specifically for Hero Super Splendor BS6 and Glamour BS6 125 cc models, this kit uses Rolon’s R428MCS sealed solid-bush chain (120 links) with a 14-tooth front and 45-tooth rear sprocket for the correct stock gearing.

Compared to tired OEM chains or local duplicate kits, the CSB F352 offers smoother power delivery, reduced chain slap and far better longevity. The sealed MCS design and precisely machined sprockets help your engine’s torque reach the back wheel efficiently, improving throttle response and keeping vibration in check—ideal for daily city commutes, pillion rides and light touring.

Under The Hood sources this kit directly from authorised Rolon distributors, stores it in controlled conditions, and ships it with careful packaging so your sprockets don’t get bent in transit. Need installation? Our Varanasi studio can fit and adjust the kit correctly, or your local mechanic can install it as a direct bolt-on replacement—no modifications required.

If your Super Splendor or Glamour BS6 has started making metallic chain noise, feels jerky in low gears, or the sprocket teeth look hooked, this Rolon CSB F352 kit is the safest, most cost-effective way to restore the bike’s smoothness and reliability.

What’s in the Box

  • 1 × Rolon R428MCS-120-01 sealed motorcycle chain (120 links)

  • 1 × Front sprocket – 14 teeth (S01-025/FB)

  • 1 × Rear wheel sprocket – 45 teeth (S01-1055)

Installation & Maintenance Notes

  • Direct replacement for the OEM chain & sprockets on listed BS6 models—no machining or extra parts needed.

  • Always replace chain and both sprockets together to avoid rapid uneven wear.

  • After installation, set chain slack as per Hero workshop manual (typically ~25–30 mm free play at mid-run with rider weight).

  • Re-check slack after the first 200–300 km and at every service.

  • Clean the chain with a non-aggressive chain cleaner and lube with quality chain lube every 500–700 km or sooner in rain/off-road. (Rolon recommends SAE 90 oil or equivalent chain lube for sealed chains.)

  • Avoid pressure-washing the chain at close range; it can push water and dirt past the seals.

  • Replace the kit if you notice tight spots, missing O-ring style seals, or heavily hooked sprocket teeth.

FAQs (Schema-Ready)

  1. Will this Rolon CSB F352 kit fit my Hero Super Splendor BS6?
Yes. The Rolon CSB F352 is specified for Hero Super Splendor BS VI 125cc models that use a 428 chain, 14T front and 45T rear sprocket. If your bike is BS6 (FI) and not an older carb/BS4 version, it should be a direct fit.

  2. Is this kit also suitable for Glamour 125 BS6?
Yes. The same CSB F352 kit is recommended by Rolon for Glamour BS VI 125cc models, sharing the same 14T/45T sprocket combination. Always double-check your existing sprocket tooth count before ordering.

  3. How is this Rolon kit better than local chain sets?
Rolon is an OE supplier with precise machining and sealed MCS-series chains. You get smoother drive, less stretching, quieter operation and longer life compared to unbranded kits, which often wear quickly and can damage the hub or output shaft.

  4. Will changing to this kit affect my mileage or top speed?
No. The CSB F352 kit retains the stock 14T/45T gearing, so your speedometer, pickup and fuel efficiency remain similar to factory behaviour—just smoother due to fresh, correctly matched components.

  5. Is this original Rolon or a duplicate chain sprocket kit?
Under The Hood only sells genuine Rolon kits sourced from authorised distributors. Each kit carries official Rolon branding, part code CSB KIT F352 SG and proper packaging; we do not deal in local or loose duplicate chains.

  6. Do I need any extra parts to install this?
In most cases, no. The kit includes chain and both sprockets; your mechanic will reuse OEM fasteners and chain adjusters. Replace rear hub rubber dampers if they’re worn to maximise smoothness.
