Installation & Maintenance Notes

  • Always install with the arrow / marking aligned as per sprocket orientation and chain direction.

  • Adjust chain slack as per Royal Enfield J-Series manual (typically ~25–30 mm at mid-span – confirm on your bike’s swingarm sticker or owner’s manual).

  • After installation, ride gently for the first 50–100 km and re-check chain slack and sprocket nut torque.

  • Clean with a dedicated chain cleaner or mild degreaser, never with petrol/diesel that can damage O-rings.

  • Lubricate every 500–700 km or after heavy rain / washing using a good quality O-ring compatible chain lube (cross-link to your chain lube + cleaner combo listing).

Q1. Will the Rolon HPOR 356 kit fit my old Classic 350 (UCE) or Bullet 350?
No. HPOR 356 is only for J-Series 350 models – Meteor 350, Classic 350 Reborn (2021+) and Hunter 350. For old UCE Classic/Bullet/Thunderbird, use the specific Rolon or OE kits meant for those bikes.

Q2. Is this better than the stock chain sprocket kit?
Yes. The HPOR series uses a sealed O-ring chain and hardened sprockets, offering better wear resistance, smoother power delivery and less frequent adjustment when maintained correctly, compared to many standard unsealed chains.

Q3. Do I need any modification or spacer to fit this kit?
