Installation & Maintenance Notes

• Professional fitment recommended – Use a mechanic familiar with KTM swingarm and chain adjuster design; incorrect torque or slack can damage hub and output shaft.

• Always replace chain + both sprockets together – mixing new chain with old sprockets (or vice versa) will cause rapid wear and noise.

• Adjust chain slack as per KTM manual for Duke/RC 200 (check owner’s manual – typically ~5–7 cm measured mid-span with bike on side stand).

• After install, ride gently for the first 100–200 km; then re-check slack and fasteners.
