This is the factory left-side grab handle used on the blacked-out Thunderbird X models. Royal Enfield lists it as “GRAB RAIL – LH – 1120029/A” in the same TBX rear-body group where you saw 1120030/A (RH), so this is the matching piece that completes the pair. It bolts directly to the TBX/late-NTB subframe and sits parallel to the seat, giving the pillion a safe handhold and giving you a tidy tie-point for small luggage.

Because it’s OEM, the bend, offset, mounting-hole spacing and black finish all match the right-hand rail and the rest of the TBX trim (mudguard 855036, black exhaust 805023, etc.). Use it when the bike has tipped over on the left, the handle is missing after repaint, or you’re converting a repaired Thunderbird X back to 100% stock. To reduce returns, we’re keeping fitment to the confirmed TBX / late ABS Thunderbird family.
