RE uses a family of 5862xx hardware for small chassis joints, and 586250/A is one of those “don’t-substitute” pieces: the inside diameter, outside diameter and thickness are chosen to suit RE’s M8 hardware so the load spreads properly on the painted brackets and mudguard stays, and the nut/bolt doesn’t dig into the frame tab.
