This is the genuine Royal Enfield 594484 – BRACKET COMP. – CHAIN GUARD. We cross-checked three sources: (1) Indian TB/NTB parts sellers list 594484 for “NTB 350” as chain-guard bracket, (2) bike-parts-royalenfield.com shows 594484/C – Bracket Comp. Chain Guard as a current RE part, and (3) an export seller maps 594484/C to Bullet 500 – UK Euro IV – Bullet EFI 500 Disc in the swingarm / chain & sprocket group. That gives us two independent model families where it’s confirmed, so we’ll list Thunderbird 350 NTB and Bullet 500 Euro IV / EFI Disc (export) as the safe fitment.
This bracket is the small support that holds/locates the rear chain guard on the swingarm so the guard doesn’t rattle or sit crooked. If yours is bent, missing after tyre work, or rusted, this OE piece will line up with the original holes on the swingarm and the OE chain guard — no drilling, no guess spacers. Supplied per piece.
