861029 is the left-hand engine outer cover (sub assembly), not the inner crankcase half. All internal components (stator, rotor, starter gear, bolts, gasket etc.) are reused or bought separately.
Q2. Will this fit a Classic 350 Reborn (J-Series) or Bullet 350 J?
No. Those models use a completely different J-Series engine and unique covers. Even though some sellers tag “BS6”, official documentation links 861029 only to UCE-based Classic, Bullet, Electra and GT 535 engines.
Q3. Does this come painted or raw?
861029 is supplied in buffing (polished) finish aluminium. You can leave it shiny, brush it, or paint/clear-coat it as desired.
