Give your chain the same treatment it gets at an authorised service centre with the Royal Enfield Essentials Chain Lube & Chain Cleaner 500ml combo. This OEM-grade pair is manufactured for Royal Enfield by Glosil International, specialists in high-performance chain care.

The Chain Cleaner 500ml (variant coming soon) is a powerful yet O-ring safe degreaser that cuts through old lube, sludge and road grime without damaging rubber seals. It dries quickly, leaving the chain bare and ready for fresh lubricant.

Follow it up with the Chain Lube 500ml to lay down a high-adhesion, anti-fling film that reduces friction, prevents rust and offers very low rolling resistance. Riders report smoother power delivery, less chain noise and longer chain–sprocket life compared to generic sprays.

This 500ml workshop-size pack is perfect for tourers, daily commuters and multi-bike garages. It works on all Royal Enfield models—Bullet, Classic, Hunter, Meteor, Himalayan/Scram, Interceptor, Continental GT, Super Meteor—as well as other brands like KTM, Yamaha, Honda, Bajaj, TVS and Suzuki.

At Under The Hood, we use Essentials chain care in our own workshop. Your can is shipped safely packed, video-unboxing friendly, and backed by real tech support on how to clean and lube the chain the right way.

Key Features

  • Genuine Royal Enfield Essentials combo – same spec used at authorised service centres; manufactured & packed by Glosil International.

  • Chain Cleaner 500ml (variant) – heavy-duty degreaser that removes oil, sludge and tough dirt while staying safe on chains and O-rings.

  • Chain Lube 500ml – premium adhesive lubricant that prevents fling, protects from rust and corrosion, and keeps the chain running smooth and quiet.

  • Very low rolling resistance – more power reaches the wheel, improving efficiency and overall ride smoothness.

  • Suitable for standard, O-ring, X-ring & Z-ring chains on motorcycles and scooters.

  • Large 500ml cans – ideal for long tours, frequent riders and workshops; far better value than 150ml retail cans.

  • Designed to extend chain & sprocket life when used as a complete clean-and-lube routine.

  • Fine spray pattern reduces overspray and product wastage.

  • Sold by Under The Hood with fresh stock, GST invoice, careful packaging and enthusiast after-sales support.

FAQs

Q1. Is this combo only for Royal Enfield motorcycles?
No. While it’s branded Royal Enfield Essentials, the chain cleaner and lube are suitable for almost all motorcycles and scooters with standard or sealed chains. Many KTM, Yamaha and Bajaj owners use the same Glosil 500ml products.

Q2. Can I use the lube without the cleaner?
Yes, you can buy and use the Chain Lube 500ml variant alone. However, for best results and maximum chain life, we strongly recommend doing a proper clean + lube routine—hence this listing targets both “chain lube” and “chain cleaner” searches together.

Q3. Is it safe for O-ring and X-ring chains?
Yes. Both the cleaner and lube are designed to be O-ring safe and are widely used on modern sealed chains, including 650 Twins and big ADVs, when used as directed.

Q4. How often should I apply chain lube?
In Indian conditions, a good thumb rule is every 500–700 km, and immediately after heavy rain, water crossings or dusty off-road sections. Tourers riding with luggage or pillion may prefer an even shorter interval.

Q5. What’s the advantage of 500ml over 150ml cans?
The 150ml Essentials kit is great for occasional users, but 500ml cans offer far better value for regular riders, long-distance tourers and workshops—enough product for multiple full chain services across one or more motorcycles.
