The Royal Enfield RAE00154 Rear Brake Pedal Lever Assembly is the genuine foot-operated rear brake pedal designed for J-Series bikes with rear disc brake – specifically the All New Classic 350 Reborn (Double Disc / Dual-Channel ABS variants) and New Bullet 350 with rear disc (dual-channel ABS).

Multiple trusted sellers list RAE00154/B as “Brake Lever Assy for Royal Enfield All New Classic 350 BS6” and “Brake Lever Assy For New Classic Reborn / New Bullet 2023”, confirming its role as the OE rear brake pedal for these J-platform models.

Made from high-strength steel with a corrosion-resistant finish, this pedal stands up to daily commuting, hard braking and Indian road conditions. Its factory-tuned bend and serrated tip give you confident grip and smooth, progressive braking feel. Because it’s an OEM part, RAE00154 bolts straight to the stock brake pedal spindle and works perfectly with the original brake rod, master cylinder and return spring – no modification or jugaad.

If your bike has tipped over on the right side or your pedal has been crudely straightened, swapping to a fresh RAE00154 restores the correct geometry and lever travel, improving comfort and safety.

⚠️ Important: This pedal is only for rear-disc / double-disc, dual-channel ABS variants. It is not compatible with single-disc (rear drum) Classic 350 or Bullet 350, nor with older UCE classics.

FAQs

Q1. Is RAE00154 for rear disc / dual disc variants only?
Yes. This pedal is intended for rear-disc J-Series bikes – Classic 350 Reborn Double Disc / Dual-Channel ABS and New Bullet 350 with rear disc. If your bike has a rear drum, this part is not recommended.

Q2. Is this the rear brake pedal or front hand lever?
RAE00154 is the rear foot brake pedal on the right side, not the front hand brake lever on the handlebar. Product photos on dealer sites clearly show the floor-mounted pedal.

Q3. Does it come with the return spring and bolts?
Usually, no. Most listings (including UTH) supply the pedal lever only. You typically reuse your existing pivot bolt, nut, washers and return spring unless damaged. Always check “What’s in the box” and product images before ordering.

Q4. Can I fit this on my old UCE Classic 350 or Classic 500?
No. Older UCE models use a different brake pedal shape and mounting. Use the part number specified in the UCE parts book for those bikes – do not use RAE00154 as a jugad.

Q5. Is installation DIY-friendly?
Yes for most enthusiasts: remove the old pedal from the pivot, transfer the hardware, install the new lever and re-set brake light switch and free play. If you’re unsure, a local mechanic can fit it in a few minutes.
