Installation & Usage Notes

• Professional installation is recommended, especially if you are unfamiliar with 12V wiring.

• Connect to ignition-controlled 12V supply via the included fuse; avoid direct battery connection to prevent slow drain when parked.

• Use the correct 22/25/32 mm spacer ring so the clamp sits tight without deforming your handlebar. 

• Do not mount on very curved or tapered sections of the handlebar; choose a straight, easily visible spot. 

• After installation, test 360° rotation and full lock-to-lock steering to ensure no cable stretch or interference with tank/console.

• Place the phone in the holder, adjust width using the knob, and confirm all side buttons remain accessible.

• For long rides, periodically check clamp bolts and damper screws for tightness.

• Use only good-quality USB cables; fast charging depends on cable and phone compatibility.

Q1. Will this fit my specific bike (e.g., Classic 350 Reborn, Himalayan 450, KTM 390, scooters)?
Yes. Super Grip Pro is a universal design with multiple rings and a mirror mount, so it fits most tubular handlebars and scooter mirrors. If your bike has very thick or non-standard bars, WhatsApp Under The Hood with a picture for confirmation. 

Q2. Is the QC3.0 charger safe for my phone and will it work with iPhone?
The charger follows Quick Charge 3.0 standards with up to around 6V–3A output. Compatible Android phones will fast-charge; iPhones will charge at their supported rate using a good USB cable. There is an in-line fuse for safety. 

Q3. What does the vibration damper actually do?
The damper isolates the holder from harsh engine and road vibrations to reduce stress on your phone’s OIS camera and internal components, especially on bikes like RE, KTM, ADV and single-cylinders. It also helps the display remain more readable on rough roads. 

Q4. Can I remove the holder when parking the bike?
Yes. The anti-theft quick-release lets you unplug and remove the holder while leaving the wiring on the bike, so you don’t attract unwanted attention in public parking. 

Q5. Is it waterproof? Can I ride in heavy rain?
The holder and damper are designed to be water-resistant and have been used widely in Indian monsoon conditions. However, avoid pressure-washing directly at the USB port and always dry the port before connecting a cable
